Stress Relief: the 90-second routine
Release built-up tension with a short guided breathing session made for stressful moments.
1 · Arrive — 30 seconds
Breathe with Yihana: Inhale 3s · hold 2s · exhale 5s. The coach video and the music follow every inhale and exhale, and the FLOW line shows you when to breathe in and out.
2 · Visualize — 45 seconds
- Picture stress relief. Let it be exactly as it is — nothing to fix yet.
- Notice where you feel it in the body. Breathe into that spot.
- See the most difficult moment. Watch yourself stay slow and grounded.
- Choose one small thing you will do first, and see yourself doing it.
- See yourself afterwards: calmer than you expected, still standing.
3 · Anchor — 15 seconds
Rest one hand on your belly. Say quietly: “Here.” Use the same gesture later in the day with one long exhale.
Why it works
Mental rehearsal engages many of the same brain networks as the real action, and a long exhale shifts the body toward its calming, parasympathetic side. AHΞHA combines both into one short, repeatable ritual. It is a preparation and relaxation tool — not a medical treatment.
