Cardio Training Rhythm: the 90-second routine

At high intensities, efficient breathing is the difference between holding pace and breaking.

1 · Arrive — 30 seconds

Breathe with Zineb: Inhale 2s · exhale 2s. The coach video and the music follow every inhale and exhale, and the FLOW line shows you when to breathe in and out.

2 · Visualize — 45 seconds

  1. Picture the start of cardio training rhythm. The ground, the air, the people around you.
  2. Feel your first movements — relaxed, precise, economical.
  3. Midway it gets hard. You breathe, drop your shoulders and hold your rhythm.
  4. See your strongest moment: technique clean, mind quiet.
  5. See the finish. You gave everything you planned to give.

3 · Anchor — 15 seconds

Make a loose fist, then open it. Say quietly: “Go.” Use the same gesture later in the day with one long exhale.

Why it works

Mental rehearsal engages many of the same brain networks as the real action, and a long exhale shifts the body toward its calming, parasympathetic side. AHΞHA combines both into one short, repeatable ritual. It is a preparation and relaxation tool — not a medical treatment.
